The Tiburon
Tiburon is a 50 foot Ocean Yachts Super Sport. The Dave Martin designed hull with her 54,000 lb. displacement and varied deadrise from a maximum of 50 degrees forward to 15.5 degrees at her transom provides a dry stable fishing platform. The business end of the Ocean features a 123 square-foot cockpit including a six rod Release Marine rocket launcher and mezzanine style seating. Twin 825 hp MTU Series 60 engines lift her effortlessly to a cruise speed of 27 knots and top end of 33 knots.
Our three stateroom, two bathroom climate controlled interior along with comfortable salon seating, satellite TV and well equipped galley insures you and your guests will be comfortable throughout your trip.
Electronics
The boat is outfitted with a state of the art electronics package including three 15” Furuno Navnet TZ Touch displays. The NavNet system provides GPS plotter, AIS, 72 mile High Definition radar capable of picking up birds several miles away. She also has a Furuno autopilot, RD33 and twin Icom VHF radios. For your listening pleasure the boat is equipped with a Fusion Sirius Satellite radio.
Safety
Tiburon has all the latest safety equipment including a Viking SOLAS 8 man offshore life raft, Type I life jackets with strobe lights and whistles, Class I EPIRB, Globalstar Satellite phone, hand held VHF and hand held GPS.
